Please have submission materials at hand before beginning registration.
Registration is exclusive to those residents of Northern Nevada from the greater Reno/Sparks/Carson City areas to as far east as Wendover, all of Lake Tahoe and Truckee, including communities east of the Sierra Crest from Susanville to Mammoth Lakes.

The minimum age for participation is 13 years. For anyone under the age of 18, a parent or guardian will be required to complete registration. To qualify for nomination the candidate must be 13 years old by August 1, 2017.
